Qn. How do I login or access courses available in the Platform? or Can I create my own user account?
Answer: Unfortunately, you can not create your own user account but can rather access the platform using credentials recognized/registered by your respective professional council or provided to you by Ministry of Health.
In order to access courses in the platform, Click ‘Select Council’ on your login screen/page to pick your Professional council that you are registered into, then recall and type in your email adress as you registered in your Professional council’s account as your ‘username’ and the password you use to login onto your professional council’s account. After successfully loging in, On your dashboard go to ‘All Courses’ to browse and start learning various courses available in the platform.
Qn. What do I do If I have forgotten my login credentials (email or password)
Answer: For the case of forgetting your login credentials, please revisit your respective professional council information system/database and re-set your password there, this will eventually transfer/communicate your re-set credentials (password) from your council’s database onto the platform for you to continue accesing the platform.
Qn. How do I get CPD points/credits necessary for renewing my practising license?
Answer: You can automatically receive CPD credits/points necessary for the renewal of your practicing license by completing courses available in the platform and being able to preview your Certificate of completion for such courses provided that they have been accredited by your respective professional council as indicated in the Course Descriptions or Announcements.
Qn. How do I enroll myself into a course?
Answer: After succesfully logging in, search for the course you want to enroll in. Click on the course listing and follow the instructions for enrollment, which may involve clicking an ‘enroll me’ button.
Qn. Are the courses free or do I need to pay?
Answer: All courses in the National eLearning Platform for Health are free of charge
Qn. Can I access the courses after I complete them?
Answer: Yes, you can access courses that you’ve completed. But they will no longer be regarded as CPD for you but rather for review or self- reprisal purposes.
Qn. What types of devices can I use to access the course?
Answer: You can usually access courses on a variety of devices including computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
Qn. What if the video or content isn’t working while studying the course?
Answer: If content in the selected course isn’t loading, try refreshing the page or restarting your browser. If the issue persists, check for updates to your browser or app and reach out to technical support through provided modes of communication for assistance.
Qn. How do I get a certificate of completion?
Answer: Upon successfully completing and fulfilling all indicated course requirements and activities, you will seamlessly be able to preview and even download your certificate of completion for the particular session/module.

Answer: Incase of any challenges encountered during accessing, loging in and navigation through the platform you can contact user support through contact information provided on the Platform’s landing page.
